We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Bliss. In the event of damaged, incorrect or unwanted goods, we will be happy to replace or refund the product.

Please notify the Online Sales Team of any problems within 7 days of receipt of goods by telephone 01789 400077 or email online@blisshome.co.uk, quoting your name and Order Number.

We are happy to arrange for collection of unwanted items at a charge of £6.00. Please contact us as above.

Returned goods should be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please enclose the Returns Form sent with your order with the goods, indicating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
