Ordering Information
This website gives you the opportunity to buy products from our extensive range of modern homewares.
Simply click on the ADD TO BASKET button to purchase. Delivery charges within the mainland UK will be added automatically. We will confirm acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will let you know you by e-mail, telephone or post. We aim to deliver goods in stock within 5-7 working days of receipt of order in the UK. Please make a note in the box provided if you wish to receive your goods outside of this time and someone will e mail you to confirm this as possible.
Delivery
Carriage is charged at £5 for orders upto £100. CARRIAGE IS FREE for orders in excess of £100.
Deliver outside the U.K
We are able to deliver outside of the U.K however the shipping costs are dependant upon the size and weight of your order. Please input your order as normal. Your order will be deferred until we contact you with the cost of shipping for your acceptance. No payment is taken nor order processed until you have accepted the quotation for carriage.
Delivery is through our authorised carrier UPS. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery – goods cannot be left without this.
If it is easier to deliver to a neighbour or work address please enter this as the delivery address on your order.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards through our SECURE SECPAY SYSTEM. Alternatively you can order by post with payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Bliss Ltd and sent to: MAIL ORDER DEPARTMENT, Bliss Ltd, Paradise Works, Arden Forest Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6ES.
