Ordering Information

This website gives you the opportunity to purchase from our extensive range of products for the modern home.

Simply click on the ADD TO BASKET button to purchase. Delivery charges within the mainland UK will be added automatically. We will confirm acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will let you know by e-mail, telephone or post. We aim to deliver goods in stock within 5-7 working days of receipt of order in the UK. Please make a note in the box provided if you wish to receive your goods outside this time and someone will e mail you to confirm this as possible.

Delivery charges

Carriage is charged at £5 for orders up to £100. CARRIAGE IS FREE for orders in excess of £100.

Delivery outside the U.K– deferred orders

We are able to deliver outside the U.K., however the shipping costs are dependant upon the size and weight of your order. Please input your order as normal. Your order will be deferred until we contact you with the cost of shipping for your acceptance. No payment is taken nor order processed until you have accepted the quotation for carriage.

Delivery is through our authorised carriers. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery – goods cannot be left without this.

If it is easier to deliver to a neighbour or work address please enter this as the delivery address on your order.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards through our secure SECPAY system. Alternatively you can order by post with payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to BlissHome Ltd and sent to: Mail Order Department, BlissHome Ltd, Paradise Works, Arden Forest Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6ES.

All transactions on this site are made through our secure server.

The server uses 128-Bit SSL encryption which means your details cannot be intercepted by a third party.

For Internet Explorer/Mozilla/FireFox users, a padlock will appear in the status bar when you are at the checkout to confirm the security is in place.

Returns 

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from BlissHome. In the event of damaged, incorrect or unwanted goods, we will be happy to replace or refund the product.

Please notify the Mail Order Department of any problems within 7 days of receipt of goods by telephone 01789 400077 or email online@blisshome.co.uk, quoting your name and Order Number.

We are happy to arrange for collection of unwanted items at a charge of £8.00. Please contact us as above.

Returned goods should be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please enclose the Returns Form sent with your order with the goods, indicating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
